      I've placed my order. What's gonna happen next?

      First of all, we'll send you a nice confirmation email with your order summary. That also means our guys and gals get busy with packing your stuff and prepping it for dispatch, which usually takes us 1-2 business days.

      After dispatch, you're gonna get another confirmation email, this time with something extra - your tracking code. You may expect your goodies to arrive anywhere between 4-6 business days, depending on your location.

      Delayed orders

      Your order should arrive within 8 business days after placing the order (max 2 handling and 6 transit). However, the United Kingdom is pretty big and the weather can be a pain sometimes too. So please be patient for at least 3 extra days before you contact us - and after that, we'll try to figure out where your package can be.

      Order Cancellations

      Changed your mind? In case of cancellation of an order please reach out to our customer support as soon as you have placed the order. They will acknowledge your cancellation and do the rest for you.ipping.

      Damaged Order

      If you have taken delivery of an item that is damage, we kindly request that you take photos of the problem and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
