Refund policy
If you change your mind and decide to return your order, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt of your order, but the goods should be in the condition in which you received them, unused and, if applicable, in their original packaging. This period starts on the day of delivery.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the 14 day cancellation period. Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
Return costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once you have sent your return and we have received and processed it, we will let you know if it has been accepted. If so, you should receive a refund within 7 days using the payment method you originally used to pay for the item.
Exchanges
No problem! Just contact our customer support team who will advise you on how to proceed with the replacement. You can only exchange new products within 14 days of delivery.
Cancelling an order
Changed your mind? If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as you have placed your order. They will confirm the cancellation and take care of the rest. You can cancel your order up until the time the goods are dispatched.
Damaged package or incorrect order
If you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect order, please take photographs of the problem and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
